Alongside personal training, we also run sessions at my gym, the Sweat Shed in Reddish, Manchester.

As well as 121 coaching we also offer our membership (the ELITE membership). Our SWEAT sessions are suitable for all looking to drop body fat, boost fitness and build a solid base line of strength. Our STRONG sessions are designed to help you with technique, build muscle and get you lean and strong. All sessions are tough, fun and extremely effective.
